Contract Vehicles

CATS II (subcontractor): The objective of the CATS (Consulting and Advisory Technical Services) Master Contract, effective June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2014, is to enable State government to procure IT consulting and technical services in a timely and economical manner. Through CATS II, the State will have a flexible means of obtaining information technology (IT) resources quickly, efficiently and cost effectively by issuing task orders specific to its needs. STARS II (subcontractor): 8(a) STARS II, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners.

DESP III (subcontractor): DESP III contract vehicle providing a broad range of engineering services in support of any system or subsystem within the Air Force and other DoD agencies. Efforts will be placed on contract via task orders to support specific objectives which focus on improving system life cycle cost, operational life, performance, sustainment including maintainability and support, and safety and environmental friendliness.

ATRRS (subcontractor): Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) is the Army system of record for training. The online system integrates manpower requirements for individual training with the process by which the training base is resourced and training programs are executed. This automation support tool establishes training requirements, determines training programs, manages class schedules, allocates class quotas, makes seat reservations, and records student attendance.

HR PSS (subcontractor): The Human Resources Personnel Services Support contract supplements the Army’s areas of Studies and Analysis, Recruitment and Retention, Personnel Services and Support, and Management and Administrative Support. The Studies and Analysis mission area is comprised of two categories: (1) Business Planning and Research; and (2) Evaluation. Tasks that the companies will perform in the business planning category include process re-engineering, life cycle support and planning, structuring, acquiring, distributing, deploying, policy analysis, compensation, manpower requirements, and trend analysis. Tasks in the research and evaluation category cover training, policy development, proof of concept studies, program analysis risk management and mitigation, data modeling and management, predictive modeling, and communication systems enhancement.

GSA Federal Supply Schedules (FSS): Vesa Health & Technology has submitted our proposals for Schedule 736 - Temporary and Professionals Staffing (TAPS) and Schedule 621I - Professional and Allied Healthcare Staffing Services.

8(a) Set Aside: Far 19.805-1(a)(2) establishes that a direct award to 8(a) firm may be made if: Reasonable expectation that at least two eligible and responsible 8(a) firms will submit offers. Award can be made at a fair market price; and less than $4 million for all other aquisitions.

Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) (Certified by Center for Veterans Enterprise)  Set Aside FAR 19.1406 Allows sole source awards provided: Only one SDVOSB can satisfy the requirement (Note: This does not mean the only sole source, but refers to the only "SDVOSB" available). The award will be less than $3 million ($5.5 million for manufacturing). The SDVOSB is a responsible contractor (i.e., the SDVOSB can perform the contract), and the price is reasonable.
